If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to help you and get a replacement sorted.

For any shipping-related damage or loss, you must first file a claim with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) as they are responsible once the package leaves our studio. After you open the claim, let us know — we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve it quickly and get you a replacement or refund if approved.

Custom orders & commissioned pieces are final sale and non-returnable/non-refundable.
