How does the customization process work?
Every item in our shop can be previewed with custom BHNO designs using our interactive Customizer tool. You pick the clothing piece, choose a design, adjust the size and placement, and then download your final preview image. Just upload that image at checkout, and I’ll recreate it exactly on your chosen item.
Do you make all the designs yourself?
Yes! All designs are created in-house by me. I hand-draw, refine, and finalize every graphic you see. Nothing is outsourced — it’s all original BHNO artwork.
Where do the clothing pieces come from?
Every vintage and modern piece is sourced personally. I hand-select each shirt, hoodie, jacket, or specialty item from local shops, thrift stores, wholesalers, and private sellers. I only choose pieces that fit the quality and style standards of the BHNO brand.
How do you print or apply the designs?
I do all printing and application myself using professional materials and equipment. Each order is handled one-by-one to make sure the placement, sizing, and colors match the preview you uploaded. You’re getting a fully hand-crafted, small-batch piece.
Can I request a completely custom design not shown in the customizer?
Yes! If you want something unique (names, custom artwork, reworked graphics, etc.), just message me before ordering. I can usually accommodate special requests depending on complexity.
What if I order multiple shirts? How do I show you the designs for each one?
Just upload a separate preview image for each shirt at checkout.
If you order 3 shirts, upload 3 images — that way I know exactly which design goes on which item.
Shipping & Returns
How fast do you ship?
As fast as I can! I’m a one-person small business, so every piece is printed, packaged, and shipped by hand. Most orders go out within a few days depending on workload.
Do you accept returns?
Some items can be returned depending on the type of product.

Yes — I ship to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.
